Ranch Parmesan Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 lb Chicken Tenders
- 2 tbsp Ranch seasoning, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika
- 2 Eggs, salt and pepper
- 1 cup Corn Flakes, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp paprika
Sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1/4 cup fresh shredded Parmesan
Instructions
- Trim fat from chicken tenders and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Lightly smash corn flakes and add to a bowl and add in the ranch seasoning, salt, pepper and paprika and stir
- Whisk eggs, salt and pepper in another bowl
- Coat chicken tenders in egg mixture then coat fully in corn flake mixture
- Continue until all chicken coated then air fry on 380 for 12 minutes
- While chicken is cooking make the sauce
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together
- Once chicken is cooked, toss in sauce
