Ingredients

Muffins
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour, sifted
  • 2 cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Crumble Topping
  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven on Bake 350 degrees
  2. Mix butter and sugar together in large bowl until creamy
  3. Add in eggs and blend
  4. Add in salt, vanilla and baking powder and mix lightly
  5. Slowly add in sifted flour 1/2 cup at a time until all is fully combined
  6. Add milk and mix completely
  7. Mash 1 cup of blueberries with a fork and fold them into the batter
  8. Pour batter into greased muffin pan [For Muffin Tops— fill the cup almost to the top]
  9. Add a few blueberries to the top of each muffin
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown around the edges
