Garlic Gochujang Pasta
Ingredients
- 8oz Pasta of choice
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2-3 tbsp Gochujang paste
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- Parm Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to directions
- While pasta is cooking, add butter to medium heat, careful not to let it burn then add in garlic and stir until combined
- Turn heat to medium low, add in the gochujang paste, stir then add in the vinegar
- Stir in the heavy cream on low heat until starts to thicken
- Pour in pasta and stir until combined, sprinkle parm cheese and stir
- Top with salt and pepper to taste and more parm
