Leftover Cornbread Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
1 cup Milk of choice
2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
Salt/Pepper/Garlic Powder
Leftover (Cooked) Cornbread
Directions:
Remove fat from chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Whisk together the milk and flour in shallow bowl
Crumble cooked cornbread onto a plate and set aside
Heat air fryer to 400 degrees
Dip a chicken tender into the milk flour mixture with one hand and place in cornbread crumbs and coat fully (use other hand)
Place all tenders spread out in the air fryer basket
Air fry for 10 minutes, flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until light and crispy brown
