Sweet Potato Protein Waffles
Ingredients
3/4 cup Sweet Potato, cooked
1 1/2 cup Cashew Milk
1 cup Rolled oats
2 eggs
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
2 Scoops Protein Powder
1/2 tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup)
1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to the desired consistency (going to be thick)
Pour 1/4 cup into the maker and shut - follow directions
Cook for about 3 minutes (depending on waffle maker)
