Sweet Potato Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sweet Potato, cooked

  • 1 1/2 cup Cashew Milk

  • 1 cup Rolled oats

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds

  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder

  • 1/2 tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup)

  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Cinnamon

Directions: 

  1. Mix all ingredients together to the desired consistency (going to be thick)

  2. Pour 1/4 cup into the maker and shut - follow directions

  3. Cook for about 3 minutes (depending on waffle maker)

Note: Can use this batter for pancakes too!
