Cinnamon Roasted Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
2-3 Potatoes, unpeeled
Cinnamon (I use Ceylon Cinnamon)
Sea Salt (I use: Himalayan Pink Salt)
Oil (Olive, Avocado or Coconut)
Directions:
Wash and scrub potatoes
Cut potatoes into wedges
Coat with avocado oil, salt and pepper, and lots of cinnamon
Air Fry on 400 for 25 minutes or Roast in the oven on 400 for 35 minutes
Sprinkle with more salt and or cinnamon if desired
