Homemade Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Tenders (or breasts cut into a nugget or tender size pieces)
1-2 Eggs
1 cup Panko (or bread crumbs, crushed crackers, etc)
Salt and Pepper as desired
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375, bake (Or Air Fry on 400 for 10 minutes)
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Whisk together egg, salt, and pepper
Dip chicken tender in the egg mixture (shake off extra) then dip into breading mixture and make sure fully covered
Place onto a baking sheet
Cook for 20 minutes, turn, cook another 10-15 minutes then broil for 3-5 minutes (depending on oven)
