Homemade Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Chicken Tenders (or breasts cut into a nugget or tender size pieces)

  • 1-2 Eggs

  • 1 cup Panko (or bread crumbs, crushed crackers, etc)

  • Salt and Pepper as desired

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375, bake (Or Air Fry on 400 for 10 minutes)

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Whisk together egg, salt, and pepper

  • Dip chicken tender in the egg mixture (shake off extra) then dip into breading mixture and make sure fully covered

  • Place onto a baking sheet

  • Cook for 20 minutes, turn, cook another 10-15 minutes then broil for 3-5 minutes (depending on oven)
