Garlic Gochujang Pasta

Garlic Gochujang Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8oz Pasta of choice
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2-3 tbsp Gochujang paste
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Parm Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions
  2. While pasta is cooking, add butter to medium heat, careful not to let it burn then add in garlic and stir until combined
  3. Turn heat to medium low, add in the gochujang paste, stir then add in the vinegar
  4. Stir in the heavy cream on low heat until starts to thicken
  5. Pour in pasta and stir until combined, sprinkle parm cheese and stir
  6. Top with salt and pepper to taste and more parm
