Garlic Chili Ramen Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 package Ramen Noodles (noodles only, no seasoning packet)
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Chili Oil Crunch
  • 1/2 White Onion, minced
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos
  • 1-2 Gochujang Paste
  • 6 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Arrowroot Powder/Corn Starch
  • 2 Green Onions (green and white part)

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add in oil
  2. Add in chili oil crunch and stir with oil throughout the pan
  3. Pour in the chopped/minced onions and peppers, stir until combined with oil mixture then add in soy sauce and let bubble but careful not to let it burn off
  4. Add in gochujang and garlic and stir
  5. Add in the vinegar and syrup and stir completely, letting the sauce thicken
  6. If sauce is too thin, add in starch and stir
  7. Pour in noodles and stir until combined
  8. Top with scallions and green onions
