Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasts
  • 2 13oz cans Evaporated Milk
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Cups Motz
  • 2 Cups White Cheddar or Gruyere Cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parm
  • 2 large Broccoli heads, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta halfway and place in crockpot
  2. Whisk eggs, butter, milks, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour over pasta
  3. Add in 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese and 2 cups motz and stir
  4. Top with the last 2 cups of cheese of choice (white cheddar or gruyere) and parm cheese
  5. Cook on low for 2 hours
  6. Add in uncooked broccoli and stir, cook for another hour
