Crockpot Mac and Cheese
Crockpot Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasts
- 2 13oz cans Evaporated Milk
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 4 Eggs
- 4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 Cups Motz
- 2 Cups White Cheddar or Gruyere Cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parm
- 2 large Broccoli heads, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta halfway and place in crockpot
- Whisk eggs, butter, milks, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour over pasta
- Add in 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese and 2 cups motz and stir
- Top with the last 2 cups of cheese of choice (white cheddar or gruyere) and parm cheese
- Cook on low for 2 hours
- Add in uncooked broccoli and stir, cook for another hour
