Cast Iron Ricotta Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup Ricotta
3/4 cup Marinara Sauce
1 tbsp Oregano
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Parm Cheese
1 fresh French Baguette
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Bake
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl (ricotta, sauce, oregano and 1/2 the motz)
Heat up greased cast iron
Pour mixture into cast iron
Top with the remaining motz cheese
Heat on stove until cheese starts to boil
Bake cast iron in oven for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown and warm all the way through
