Healthy Chocolate Pudding
1 Ripe Banana
1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter or Cashew Butter (runny)
1 Ripe Avocado
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (full fat)
4 tbsp Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Mash banana and avocado in a small-medium size mixing bowl
Add in the rest of the ingredients into the bowl (nut butter, greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and maple syrup) and stir together just to slightly get everything incorporated
Add the entire mixture to the food processor and "puree” until completely creamy. Make sure to wipe down the sides to get everything mixed
Optional to add milk while pureeing to thin out pudding if desired
Scoop into a bowl and add any desired toppings
