One Pan Broccoli and Turkey Sausage Pasta
Ingredients
- 6 oz Egg Noodles
- 2 tbsp grass fed Butter or Ghee
- 1 can Coconut Milk (from can)
- 1/2 cup Chicken/Vegetable Stock/Broth
- 1 small sweet or white onion
- 2 Great American Turkey Sausage (Mozzarella Broccoli Rabe Turkey Sausage) from The Fresh Market!
- 2 tsp minced garlic (or 3-4 cloves)
- 2 cups fresh Broccoli Florets (or as much as desired)
- Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Mince onion and garlic
- Heat oil or butter on medium heat, add onions and garlic (careful not to burn) until fragrant
- Chop sausage into 1 inch slices, add to pan and let them brown for a few minutes
- Add in liquid (milk and broth) and broccoli, salt and pepper (to taste)
- Let the liquid come to a boil, add in raw noodles, cover and reduce to low heat until most liquid is soaked up and the noodles/broccoli is cooked (10ish minutes)
- Top with parmesan cheese and stir until incorporated
- Serve and Enjoy!
