Butternut Squash Sauce Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butternut Squash, roasted with olive oil
  • 4 Whole Cloves Garlic (not chopped)
  • 1 cup Half and Half (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt and black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Sage, dried

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 on Roast
  2. Cut the butternut squash into cubes (you can also buy it already cubed from the store)
  3. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper
  4. Add pealed whole garlic cloves to the pan scattered around the butternut cubes
  5. Air fry for 30 min or Roast for 45 minutes (or until soft and golden brown)
  6. Add butternut, whole garlic cloves and 1/2 cup of your milk into food processor (or blender) and blend until it starts to get smooth
  7. Slowly add in the other half of the milk while blending
  8. Add in spices and blend until smooth
  9. Optional to add more liquid to thin out
