Butternut Squash Sauce Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butternut Squash, roasted with olive oil
- 4 Whole Cloves Garlic (not chopped)
- 1 cup Half and Half (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt and black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Sage, dried
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 on Roast
- Cut the butternut squash into cubes (you can also buy it already cubed from the store)
- Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Add pealed whole garlic cloves to the pan scattered around the butternut cubes
- Air fry for 30 min or Roast for 45 minutes (or until soft and golden brown)
- Add butternut, whole garlic cloves and 1/2 cup of your milk into food processor (or blender) and blend until it starts to get smooth
- Slowly add in the other half of the milk while blending
- Add in spices and blend until smooth
- Optional to add more liquid to thin out
