Greek Yogurt Banana Muffins

These “muffins” taste more like a sweet version of a “dinner roll”! The key ingredient to giving these muffins that creamy texture is the FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek Yogurt! The new year starts and we all want to feel a little better, have more energy and be our best selves so I created a muffin recipe to start your year off right! These muffins are refined sugar-free and made with as little as 6 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 1 3/4 Cups Flour (sifted)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup FAGE Total 5% Plain
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 Bake
- Mix flour, salt, and baking soda together in a mixing bowl
- Mix wet ingredients (milk, yogurt, and egg) together until
- Mash up the bananas (still slightly lumpy) and add to mixture
- Stir until fully incorporated
- Pour into muffin tin about 3/4 of the way up (should make 12 muffins)
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
