Healthy Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter or Cashew Butter (runny)
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (full fat)
- 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Mash banana and avocado in a small-medium size mixing bowl
- Add in the rest of the ingredients into the bowl (nut butter, greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and maple syrup) and stir together just to slightly get everything incorporated
- Add the entire mixture to the food processor and "puree” until completely creamy. Make sure to wipe down the sides to get everything mixed
- Optional to add milk while pureeing to thin out pudding if desired
- Scoop into a bowl and add any desired toppings
