Roasted Red Pepper Curry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cashews, soaked
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp Bone Broth (or can use any liquid)
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (or more if desired)
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Place pepper on baking sheet and put in the oven on 450 until blackened (or you can put it directly on the gas on your stove burner)
- While that’s cooking place everything except the oil in a food processor and blend
- Once pepper is blackened, cut to remove insides, remove all the black skin and then cut into chunks
- Place pepper in food processor. Start blending while slowly add in the oil.
- Blend until desired consistency. Add more bone broth if too thick.
