These “muffins” taste more like a sweet version of a “dinner roll”! The key ingredient to giving these muffins that creamy texture is the FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek Yogurt! The new year starts and we all want to feel a little better, have more energy and be our best selves so I created a muffin recipe to start your year off right! These muffins are refined sugar-free and made with as little as 6 ingredients! The best part is the texture the FAGE Greek yogurt gives them. FAGE is offered in 3 different fat percentages, depending on which one is best for you (0%, 2%, and 5%). FAGE is Non-GMO Project Verified, high in protein and calcium and the best part, there is NO added sugar! As you know, I look for high quality and a low amount of ingredients and the FAGE Total 5% Plain is made with only milk and live cultures. For me, dairy is a food group that I feel good about eating when I am choosing the best options and FAGE allows me to continue in 2020, feeling my best!

Now, just grab your over-ripen bananas and let’s get down to business!
