Red Pepper Sauce
Ingredients:
2 Red Bell Peppers
2 Shallots, minced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 1/4 Cup Milk or Heavy Cream
2 tbsp Cornstarch (or Arrowroot Powder)
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast or Parm Cheese
salt + pep, for taste
Directions:
Put your red peppers directly on the burner of your gas stove or broil on high in the oven until the outside is black: wrap the peppers in foil for a few minutes
Saute the shallots and garlic until done
Remove foil and then remove the skins from the pepper
Cut the peppers up and put into a blender
Add all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth
Pour over anything and enjoy!
