Gingerbread Cheesecake Balls
Ingredients:
1 package Cream Cheese (full fat)
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp Molasses
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Coconut Flour
1/3 cup crushed Gingerbread cookies (optional)
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and let come to room temp (recommended)
Mix cream cheese and cocoa powder with an electric mixture on Medium
Turn to low/medium and pour in the maple syrup and once combined, add in molasses and mix
Add in spices and then flour 1 tbsp at a time (while mixing on low). The dough should start to form together some
Once everything is combined, add in bug crushed cookies (so they have a little crunch if you prefer)
Stick in the freezer to harden for about 20 minutes
Remove and mold into balls
Store in freezer for up to 7 days
