Gingerbread Cheesecake Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Cream Cheese (full fat)

  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tbsp Molasses

  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 3 tbsp Coconut Flour

  • 1/3 cup crushed Gingerbread cookies (optional)

Directions:

  1. Soften cream cheese and let come to room temp (recommended)

  2. Mix cream cheese and cocoa powder with an electric mixture on Medium

  3. Turn to low/medium and pour in the maple syrup and once combined, add in molasses and mix

  4. Add in spices and then flour 1 tbsp at a time (while mixing on low). The dough should start to form together some

  5. Once everything is combined, add in bug crushed cookies (so they have a little crunch if you prefer)

  6. Stick in the freezer to harden for about 20 minutes

  7. Remove and mold into balls

  8. Store in freezer for up to 7 days
