Creamy Garlic and Sun-Dried Tomato Veggie Pasta
Ingredients:
1 box Ancient Harvest Veggie Pasta
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2-3 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Grass-Fed Butter
1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Boil pasta according to package directions
Heat olive oil up in a man on medium heat, add 2 tbsp butter and whisk until melted. Add in 1 tbsp flour and whisk for about 2-3 min to make a rue.
Slowly add in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and continue to whisk.
Once it’s thickening, add in pasta and 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil) and Garlic cloves and stir until fully combined.
