Creamy Garlic and Sun-Dried Tomato Veggie Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Ancient Harvest Veggie Pasta

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves

  • 2 tbsp Grass-Fed Butter

  • 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

  • 1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil

  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta according to package directions

  2. Heat olive oil up in a man on medium heat, add 2 tbsp butter and whisk until melted. Add in 1 tbsp flour and whisk for about 2-3 min to make a rue.

  3. Slowly add in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and continue to whisk.

  4. Once it’s thickening, add in pasta and 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil) and Garlic cloves and stir until fully combined.
