Cashew Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cashews (soaked and rinsed)
4 fresh garlic cloves (2 tsp minced)
1/2 Sweet Onion
1/2 cup Chicken or Veggie Stock
2 tbsp Parm Cheese (Nutritional Yeast for V)
1 tbsp dried Basil (or Italian seasoning)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions:
Chop the onion
Place all ingredients in a food processor (only use half the stock)
Blend until smooth (slowly adding in more stock to thin it out as desired)
Heat up in saucepan, pour over noodles and enjoy immediately!
