No Bake Cream Cookie Sandwich
Yield: 9 Cookie Squares
Ingredients
- 24 “softer” cookies (can use any but softer cookies that can bend a little and are easy to press, tend to work best).. I used the Pepperidge Farm ones
- 2 containers of Cool Whip
Instructions
- Line pan with parchment paper
- Line bottom of the pan with cookies (top of cookie side down)
- Top with a layer of coolwhip
- Layer cookies on top
- Add another layer of coolwhip
- Layer last set of cookies (top side up)
- Set in freezer for 6 hour minimum
- Remove and cut into sections
- Keep in freezer for 7-10 days.
