2. Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken piece into the Corn Starch-flour mixture. Shake off excess coating and set aside on a plate.

3. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. place chicken in, not touching turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (about 4–5 minutes per batch). Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

4. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar and sesame oil (add 1 tbsp brown sugar if you want it sweeter and 1 tsp water if needs to be thinner). Add 2 teaspoons of Argo Corn Starch and whisk until smooth.

In a large skillet or wok, heat a drizzle of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in the sauce mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until it thickens and becomes glossy (about 2–3 minutes).

5. Combine the Chicken and Sauce: Add the fried chicken to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat each piece evenly.

6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle the sesame chicken with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately with steamed rice and a side of sautéed vegetables or a fresh salad.
