Sea Salt Cracker Crusted Chicken with Sweet & Spicy Sauce

These sea salt cracker crusted chicken tenders are crispy, salty, and perfect for brushing with a bold sweet and spicy sauce. Air fryer, oven, or pan—make them your way!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 cups crushed sea salt crackers
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk optional
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil/cooking spray
  • Sauce Options:
  • Sweet Thai chili sauce + 2 tbsp mayo
  • ¼ cup hot honey + 2 tbsp mayo + 1-2 tsp hot sauce or
  • 1 tbsp gochujang + 2 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp mayo

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in the yogurt, milk and seasonings and set aside.
  • Crush crackers into fine crumbs.
  • Set up breading station with the cracker crumbs and dredge each piece until fully coated.
  • Cook using:
  • Air Fryer: 400°F, 8–10 min
  • Oven: 425°F, 15–20 min
  • Pan Fry: 3–4 min/side in oil
  • Mix sauce ingredients.
  • Brush cooked tenders with sauce or serve on the side.
