Sea Salt Cracker Crusted Chicken with Sweet & Spicy Sauce

- 1.5 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 cups crushed sea salt crackers
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk optional
- Salt and pepper
- Oil/cooking spray
- Sauce Options:
- Sweet Thai chili sauce + 2 tbsp mayo
- ¼ cup hot honey + 2 tbsp mayo + 1-2 tsp hot sauce or
- 1 tbsp gochujang + 2 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp mayo
Marinate the chicken in the yogurt, milk and seasonings and set aside.
Crush crackers into fine crumbs.
Set up breading station with the cracker crumbs and dredge each piece until fully coated.
Cook using:
Air Fryer: 400°F, 8–10 min
Oven: 425°F, 15–20 min
Pan Fry: 3–4 min/side in oil
Mix sauce ingredients.
Brush cooked tenders with sauce or serve on the side.
