Crockpot Mac and Cheese
Crockpot Mac and Cheese is a creamy, easy-to-make comfort food perfect for gatherings or family dinners. This recipe combines 2 types of cheddar, mozzarella and seasonings, all cooked in a slow cooker for 2-3 hours

- 8 oz Pasta uncooked
- 4 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese of choice
- Whole milk 2 cups
- 2 cans Evaporated Milk 13oz cans
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- Paprika optional, for a hint of smokiness
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta halfway (about 5 minutes) and place in crockpot
Whisk together eggs, butter, milks, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour over pasta
Add in the 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese and 2 cups motz and stir
Top with the last 2 cups of cheese of choice and close lid
Cook on low for 2 hours
Check after 2 hours and add in any additional toppings
