- 1 tsp garlic powder

For topping:

Prep the Taco Cups
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Warm tortillas slightly in the microwave to make them flexible.
Press each tortilla into a muffin tin to form a cup. Spray or brush with oil or butter.
Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds on the rims for that “burger bun” effect.
Make the Beef
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Drain excess grease, then stir in onion powder, garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Assemble and Bake
Fill each taco cup with a spoonful of seasoned beef and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and tortillas are golden.
Garnish and Serve
Let them cool slightly, then top with shredded lettuce, chopped pickles, and a drizzle of your special sauce.
