Acacia Fiber Powder —

This powder is really high in soluble fiber and is harvested from the sap of the Acacia tree (found mostly in Africa, Pakistan, and India). Due to its high soluble-fiber content, it is often used as dietary fiber supplement. I add it to smoothies or my morning coffee and it dissolves right in (no taste so why not!)

—mindbodygreen has a great article to learn more about it and its uses, here.

Curry Powder -

Although this spice is extremely common, it is becoming used quite often in my house right now. I am truly loving the combo of veggies, chicken, coconut milk and curry for meals and it has been much easier that I imagined (I think I was just intimidated)! I stopped in an International Food Market (they are pretty common, just google one near you) and grabbed a large container of Curry powder. Yes, you can get curry powder from your typical grocery store. But, THB, I just felt more fancy getting it from the reaalll deal :)

Hemp Fusion Products —

I have been using the Sleep capsules and Energy capsules pretty regularly this month and was lucky enough to partner with them! If you are on the cusp of the CBD train but are not feeling like you are there yet (or hesitant).. I would start with these and see how you feel. Use the code HFRF20 for FREE shipping and 20% off your order on their website!

Dyson — We have had the handheld Dyson for about a year and I was using that thing SO often but was starting to use it vacuum the entire floor and that is when I knew.. IT IS time to invest in a REAL vacuum (one that doesn’t break every year). We got the Dyson V7 Cordless Animal Cordless

L&M Leggings —

I got the opportunity to try these bad boys right when they came out and fell right in love. I workout in a hot )as well as not hot) studio and these work great for both (which I think is harder to find than we may think!) They are going to be coming out with more colors soon. But I highly recommend their ‘Get Active Legging’. For sizing, if you are a 2/4 in Lululemon, I would get an XS. 4/6- Small and so on. Click here!

Elation Leggings from Athleta —

I teamed up with Athleta for an event last year and they let me get a pair of leggings. At this time, I was the die hard Lululemon Align or Fast&Frees so I browsed around for a while to really get the full lay of the land. I ended up trying on these Elation 7/8 tights (no seams and very similar to the Aligns) and i’m obsessed with them. Linked below. Sizing is same as the L&M ones above (2-4 in Lulu = XS)

Athleta Salutation Stash Pocket 7/8 Legging —

I went into Athleta last week to get a second pair of the ones above. They let me know that they have a “similar one” but WITH pockets and I was all ears! Linked below. Sizing is same as above.

Essential Oils in Sheet Laundry —

We have had this ongoing issue for a while that our sheets are not smelling as fresh and so CLEAN clean' as i’d like. I recently started just adding 20-30 drops of essential oils to the water along with my detergent and its been an absolute game changer! As always, I use the NOW Foods Essential Oils (great quality for the price but also their blends are amazing)

Chefs Knife (Mac) —

My brother is a chef and basically uses one knife for almost everything and knows DJ and I are always looking for better options in the kitchen to make our lives a little easier! He highly recommended the Mac Chefs Knife. It has made cooking and meal prep especially SO much easier and quicker.

Osea Hyaluronic Sea Serum —

If you have been following me for a while you know I tend to battle with face issues (and always have). I have been loving this for the winter. I use a cleaner, toner, vitamin c serum then use this right before my tinted sunscreen moisturizer.

Dried Mangos

Screen Shot 2019-01-31 at 4.50.04 PM.png

Been on a SERIOUS dried mango kick. I don’t even really like mangos…lol. The first ones I tried were from one of my fave brands, Made in Nature.

The Trader Joes ones are also SO good.

They legit taste like candy.
