Milk Frother : Areochino from Nespresso I use this almost every morning, you can use any milk or creamer you want- dairy or non dairy! Super easy to use and clean

Influencer Book : Influencer: Building Your Personal Brand in the Age of Social Media by Brittney Hennessy. Such an easy read. If you have an online brand or online platform, I highly recommend!

The Influencer Podcast : This podcast is by Julie Solomon. I have learned so much from her but also she has the best guests that teach you something on every episode. You can listen via Spotify, iTunes, her website, etc.

Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened): I have been adding this to my coffee, hot water at night, smoothies, etc. Its unsweetened and adds a nice chocolate flavor to anything!

Ancient Nutrition Probiotics : I am currently taking the “Ultimate” Probiotic but any of these are great. Check them out and see which one may be good for you!

Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Collagen Protein: This has been a favorite of mine for months but wanted to add it this month.

Jade Gua Sha: This tool has been used for hundreds of years in East Asian medicine. It is a healing technique. It is a “unidirectional press-stroking of a lubricated area of the body surface”.. it removes blood stagnation and modern research shows it helps with inflammation.

Raaka Chocolate (Yacon Root: Cane Sugar Free): 3 Pack on Amazon I have always loved the Raaka chocolate brand because they are super high quality and their flavors are always on point (aka oat milk, banana foster, etc) But at expo, I tried their No Cane Sugar Added one… Yucan Root unroasted dark chocolate. It is cacao sweetened with yacón, a Peruvian root. Sounds intimidating, but its really not. Tastes amazing and it the BEST for your after dinner sweet tooth.

Keto Diet Book by Dr Axe : Your 30-Day Plan to Lose Weight, Balance Hormones, Boost Brain Health, and Reverse Disease. Dr. Axe from Ancient Nutrition is extremely knowledgeable. You do not need to want to lose weight, you don’t have to be on the Keto Diet or even be interested in Keto to get a lot out of this book. I personally think it is something anyone would enjoy! I have no interest in any of the above and found it super awesome and helpful.

Patagonia Jacket: Patagonia Women's Nano Puff® Jacket : I got this while I was in California and is already current fave jacket. I felt like I didn’t have that “middle” jacket. I have really light weight, a heavy coat and then a snow jacket. This is the best everyday jacket in my opinion, and totally worth the month. Here it is a Dicks but if they don’t have your size, you can find more option at Nordstrom, here. Also, view here to check out the one with a hood. For reference, I got an XS. I was nervous about it because I was not sure if I could fit a sweater underneath— I can (just a tiny bit snug) but this jacket is apparently supposed to fit on the tighter side. The only difference for me on the XS to the S was the arms were a lot longer.
