Ingredients
  1. 3 cups fresh watermelon
  2. coconut water (optional)
  3. cut up blueberries or other fruit (optional)
  4. Blender
  5. Popsicle Molds
Instructions
  1. 1. Puree watermelon in blender until liquid
  2. 2. Pour tiny bit of coconut water into molds (optional)
  3. 3. Fill mold to top with watermelon puree
  4. 4. Drop in cut up fruit (optional) - I added a few blueberries
  5. 5. Secure tops
  6. 6. Freeze for 24 hours
